Whether your aim is fat loss, muscle building, body re-composition, or just maintaining a healthier lifestyle, we should be able to work together.

My job is to guide and mentor you through your journey and to teach you about training and flexible dieting so that you can eventually step out on your own and maintain a healthier lifestyle.


Restrictive diets tend to focus on what not to eat rather than teaching you how to eat.

This makes you start labeling those restricted foods as “bad” and increases your desire to have them, which can negatively impact your adherence and psychological well-being.

Having a flexible approach to your nutrition will help you build a better relationship with food, keep the weight off long-term, and increase adherence to the program.

Flexible dieting focuses on the 80/20 rule where 80% of your calories should come from nutrient-dense/whole foods while the other 20% can come from your guilty pleasure foods.


You have your own food requirements, metabolism, mindset, schedule, eating habits, and things going on in your life. There’s no “one size fits all” approach, and I get it. I’m here to study you, learn your body, and better understand your lifestyle to help you reach your goals.

An initial macro recommendation for optimizing your body composition based on goals and eating preferences.

2. Weekly Macronutrient Adjustments

As progress slows and weight loss or weight gain stalls, we will have to make adjustments to your nutrition and cardio.

3. Custom Weight Training Program

Training programs will be built based on how many days a week you’d like to workout, how much time you can spend at the gym, and the equipment you have available.

note: weight training is recommended, but not necessary for weight loss. You’ll get to tell me more about your lifestyle and activity preferences in the application form.

6. One Weekly 30-minute Skype Call

Once a week you’ll be able to schedule a 30 minute Skype call to discuss any questions you might have.

7. Flexible Dieting Guide

You’ll be provided with a guide explaining how to weigh and track your foods, recommended warm-up exercises, cardio, supplement recommendations, and more.

8. Constant Email Support

You’ll be able to email me any day of the week with questions, concerns, or updates. You should get a response within a few hours.

9. Access To Our Private Facebook Group

You’ll be able to ask questions, provide and receive support and encouragement from other members of the team. You’ll be part of our little family!


You’ll be provided with a personalized Excel Sheet template to document your daily macros, training, weight, and body measurements. Once a week you’ll send your updated Excel Sheet via email for me to evaluate and make adjustments as needed.



I consider this to be one of the most important things for being successful during this journey. You have access to me any day of the week, so feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

The more honest and open you’re about changes in your daily life, events, and setbacks, the better I’ll be able to help you and adjust your training and nutrition

3. Hearing from me

Once the application form is submitted, you should be contacted by me within 24 to 48 hours to discuss your application, available packages, and rates.! Please make sure to whitelist my email address: chris@7sigmaphysiques.com, so I don’t end up in your spam folder!

4. Payment

Once you’ve decided on a package, you’ll receive an invoice via PayPal to process the payment.

5. Check-ins and receiving your program

We will decide on a day that’s best for you to check-in with me every week based on your schedule. You can expect to receive your guide, macros, and training program within 24 to 48 hours after the payment has been made.

6. Have fun!
